Blanket flowers are native to hot and dry environments and will adapt well to drought conditions. They require little to no watering and can thrive in poor soil conditions and can also be planted in full sun.
Yarrow is a hardy plant, that is often mistaken for a weed due to its ability to proliferate in water-rich environments but in drier gardens, this plant is far more manageable. Yarrow flowers come in a variety of colours such as pink, red, purple, yellow and gold so they will be an attractive addition to any bed.
